Delivery

• How long does it take to deliver to UK addresses? 

Products are generally delivered to any addresses within UK within 2 to 4 business days after the order is confirmed and payment is made. 

• What are the delivery fees?

Free shipping to any UK addresses. 

 Return & Refund

• Can I get refund if the products are delivered in damaged condition? 

Yes, refund will be provided for damaged products upon delivery with proof of damage. 

• Can I return the products and get refund if your store send me the wrong products? 

All our products in our warehouses are tracked by specific UPC numbers, SKU numbers and Lot numbers, our products have never sent any wrong items to customers in the past. Please rest assured this is very unlikely to happen. In case wrong items are sent to you by our warehouses, refund will be provided if the wrong items delivered are returned to us in good condition at our warehouse. 

Can I return or refund if I change my mind? 

You can cancel your order before we accepted your payment and dispatched the order. However, in case the order has already been dispatched, we will not allow return or refund in case you want to order different items instead. We appreciate your understanding.
