One of Canada’s most popular white blends, a clean, crisp, white wine that carries aromas of orchard fruit, spiced apple and citrus. The soft and round palate will taste spice, candied ginger, and a hint of rose balanced with crisp acidity. The amazing fruit makes it the perfect wine to have on the patio with family and friends, or at traditional gatherings where you are roasting a big bird!

How are Canadian Icewines made?
Whistler Icewines and Wasaridge Icewines at our Coastal Delight Fine Food and Drinks store are delicious fruity sweet Canadian icewines made from frozen grapes handpicked sometime between late November to mid January in freezing Canadian winters when temperatures fell between -10ºC and -13ºC.
The grapes are then cleaned and cold pressed. The juice are settled in stainless steel tanks, cool fermented for about 3 months, and then placed outdoors to stop fermentation and to complete natural cold stabilization before bottled.
