Tasting Notes
This Cabernet Franc Malbec blend was crafted from east-facing vineyards in Osoyoos. Cabernet Franc thrives in the Okanagan, while Malbec demands more care to reach full ripeness — beautifully achieved in this vintage.
Ripe aromas of plum, cassis, blueberry, and mint lead to a palate rich with dark fruit, tobacco, and subtle herbal notes. Medium to full-bodied with firm tannins and moderate acidity, the wine was aged 13 months in 40% new French oak for added depth and structure.

Enjoy with grilled meats, spaghetti Bolognese, vegan chili, Mediterranean pizza, or hot pot.

加拿大冰酒是如何酿造的？
我们 Coastal Delight Fine Food and Drinks 商店的 Whistler Icewines 和 Wasaridge Icewines 是美味的果味甜味加拿大冰酒，由冷冻葡萄酿制而成，这些葡萄是在 11 月下旬至 1 月中旬期间在加拿大严寒的冬季（温度介于 -10ºC 和 -13ºC 之间）手工采摘的。
